The NX Group is committed to maintaining and improving quality in its various operations as a useful means of ensuring corporate sustainability and boosting performance to enhance customer satisfaction, and accordingly it is pursuing ISO certification on a global basis.

NX Taiwan obtained ISO 9001 certification (for a quality management system) in 1998, working continuously since then to improve the quality of its products and services, and acquired AEO safety certification in 2011 in recognition of its efforts to step up safety management throughout supply chains. NX Taiwan has thereby ensured transparent and safe logistics operations and put in place systems that enable it to provide more reliable services.

Most recently, NX Taiwan obtained ISO 45001:2018 certification with the aim of creating a healthier work environment with greater attention to employee safety. This certification represents compliance with an international standard for ensuring workplace health and safety that seeks to help companies systematically manage working environment and safety risks to improve employee health levels and work efficiency.
