A fully restored and customized 1967 Chevrolet Camaro built by “SkidMarks Show” host and “Flat 12 Gallery” owner Jeff Allen will make its world debut at the second annual Classic Auto Show (CAS), taking place March 2-4 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The project will generate proceeds for

Ronald McDonald House© Central Valley.

Spanning only 67 days, the build will be a truly interactive project, inviting enthusiasts to provide recommendations on parts, paint and overall design.  CAS fans can offer their suggestions by voting online, and stay up-to-date by checking out the Project Car Webpage and The Classic Auto Show on Facebook or Instagram.

Upon completion, the Camaro will head out on a nationwide tour with the Ronald McDonald House© Central Valley, where fans will have an opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win the one-of-a-kind Chevy.  Proceeds from the raffle will benefit Ronald McDonald House© Central Valley. Raffle tickets to win the 67 Camaro can also be purchased online, and at The Classic Auto Show.

“Our fans asked for a project car, and that’s what we’re giving them,” said Michael Carlucci, senior vice president at Clarion UX, the show’s producer. “Jeff, his team at Flat 12 Gallery and all our sponsors are working around the clock to finish this car in time. Having the opportunity to document and interact with the build and our fans along the way has only increased curiosity about the finished product.”

This 1967 Camaro project car was made possible by the 2018 Project Car Sponsors:

  • Paint Sponsor: AkzoNobel
  • Parts Sponsor: Classic Industries
  • Brake Sponsor: Baer Brakes
  • Suspension Sponsor: Hotchkis Suspension

“When we build this baby back up, it’s going to be one mean machine,” Allen said.  “I didn’t want it to just be another good-looking Camaro, I wanted it to be an awesome driver as well.  That’s why I teamed up with some of the industry’s biggest names to pull off this build in record time.”

Tickets for the 2018 Classic Auto Show, March 2-4, are $20 with promo code LAPR or $30 at the box office. For more information or to purchase tickets, please visit www.TheClassicAutoShow.com.
